The Official API is Meta's WhatsApp Business: a verified number, with no phone that has to stay switched on. The connection is made on a computer; from the app you follow it.

What you can see here

  • Connected numbers — which ones are active on the account.
  • Quality — green, amber or red, assigned by Meta.
  • Sending limit — how many new contacts per day.
  • Profile — photo, description, address and opening hours.

Quality

The rating measures what the recipients do: block, report or reply. It is not about what you write — it is about how people react.

  • Green — healthy.
  • Amber — a warning; something in the operation is bothering people.
  • Red — it comes right before the number is restricted.
