Every operation repeats the same sentences: delivery times, shipping, payment methods, return policy. Quick replies store those texts and put any of them into the conversation in two taps.

Each reply is a pair: shortcut + message.

Creating a reply

CampoO que é
ShortcutThe short nickname, no spaces — shipping, hours, pix. It is how you find the reply inside a conversation.
MessageThe full text that goes to the customer, exactly as it should arrive.
Shortcut field
The shortcut, short and obvious.
Text field
The full message — with a greeting and emoji, if that is your tone.
Add button
Add saves it; it is available to the whole team straight away.
Do not put the slash in the shortcutSave it as shipping, not /shipping. The slash is what you type in the conversation to open the list — if it is in the shortcut too, the name shows up doubled.
Keyboard shortcutInside the message field, Ctrl + Enter (or ⌘ + Enter) saves without reaching for the button.

Using it in a conversation

  1. Open the conversation and click the message field.
  2. Type / — the list appears above the field.
  3. Keep typing to filter (/shi finds shipping).
  4. Pick one: the text lands ready in the field.
  5. Adjust whatever you like and send.
Reply list in the conversation
The slash opens the list inside the conversation itself.
Field with slash
The message field with the slash typed in.
Filtered list
Typing part of the shortcut filters the list.
Reply inserted into the conversation
The text arrives editable — you can personalise it before sending.
Write like a personA quick reply does not have to sound automated. Swapping “Hello!” for the name of the person on the other side takes two seconds, and nobody can tell it came from a shortcut.
