Your profile holds what is yours: photo, name, password, language and notifications. Nothing here changes the company's account — it only changes how you appear and how the system talks to you.

The name your colleagues and the reports show.
Use a real photoOn a team of five, a photo is the fastest way for someone to find you in the internal chat or see who has the conversation. A grey initial works, but it costs an extra second every single time.

Password

Changing the password
The password is set by you.
Nobody can see your passwordThe account administrator can switch off your access or generate a new invitation, but cannot read your password. If you forget it, ask for fresh access — there is no recovery through someone else.

Language, theme and alerts

Preferences
The preferences all in one place.
Switch at least one alert onWith no notification, a conversation assigned to you sits there until someone complains. It is the most common reason for a high response time in the report.
