The board by label on a small screen — how to see the columns and move a card with your finger.

The Kanban is the same inbox queue seen as a board. Each column is one of the account's labels, and each card is a conversation.

No celular

The columns sit side by side and you swipe horizontally to see the next ones. On a small screen little more than one column fits at a time — so it pays to keep few workflow labels.

A Kanban wants stage labelsNew, In progress, Quote sent, Closed work as columns. VIP customer and Complaint are marks, not stages — and as columns they only get in the way.

Each column is one of the account's labels.

Moving a card

Hold the card and drag it to the next column. Moving swaps the conversation's label — it is the same operation as applying a label in the inbox, seen a different way.

The board belongs to the whole accountUnlike the inbox, which you can filter down to your own conversations, the Kanban shows the team's flow. Moving a card changes the conversation for everybody.

A column with no cards means no conversation carries that label. If the whole board is empty, the team is not labelling — and the Kanban has nothing to show.

Coluna sem card significa que nenhuma conversa tem aquela etiqueta. Se o quadro inteiro está vazio, a equipe não está etiquetando — e o Kanban não tem o que mostrar.
