Notifications are the main reason to install the app. Without them you only find out about a message when you open your computer — and your response time creeps up on its own.
The four switches
- New message — arrives when someone writes in one of your conversations.
- Conversation assigned — when someone hands a conversation over to you.
- Task — when a task is created or falls due.
- Mention in the internal chat — when your team calls you in.
O que dá para desligar
The other three are convenience; this one holds the service together. Turning them all off is the same as never having installed the app.
- Novas mensagens no inbox — o push de mensagem nova.
- Foto do produto na venda — inclui a imagem no push de venda feita pela IA.
- Resumo por e-mail — o resumo diário das conversas pendentes.
- Atribuição de conversas — avisa o agente quando você atribui uma conversa a ele.
Ten messages in a row from the same customer do not become ten notifications: they collapse into one, showing the latest message. That is what keeps your phone from buzzing non-stop during an active conversation.
Deixe pelo menos mensagem nova ligadaAs outras três são conveniência; essa é a que sustenta o atendimento. Desligar todas equivale a não ter instalado o aplicativo.
Agrupamento por contato
Dez mensagens seguidas do mesmo cliente não viram dez notificações: elas se juntam numa só, com a última mensagem à mostra. É o comportamento que evita o telefone tremer sem parar durante uma conversa ativa.
An agent only gets notified about conversations assigned to them. If you expect alerts for everything and get none, the problem is not the push: it is that the conversations have no owner, or belong to someone else.
- Permissão negada — se você recusou na instalação, o telefone não pergunta de novo. Libere em Ajustes › Notificações › Heyoo.
- Economia de bateria (Android) — mata o aplicativo em segundo plano. Marque o Heyoo como sem restrição.
- Foco / Não perturbe — silencia tudo. Vale liberar o Heyoo como exceção.
- Sessão expirada — sair e entrar de novo registra o aparelho outra vez.
A conversa precisa ser suaAgente só recebe notificação de conversa atribuída a ele. Se você espera avisos de tudo e não recebe, o problema não é o push: é que as conversas não têm dono, ou têm outro.
Testar
- Peça a alguém para mandar mensagem no número conectado.
- Com o aplicativo fechado, o aviso deve chegar em segundos.
- Se não chegar, confira a permissão nos ajustes do telefone.
- Se chegar mas não abrir a conversa certa, saia e entre de novo.
