Telegram comes in two ways, and they solve different things. Picking the wrong one is the most common mistake for anyone starting here.

Personal account

  • It uses your Telegram number.
  • The conversations you already have show up in the inbox.
  • It fits whoever already serves customers on Telegram and wants it all in one place.

  • Não usa número: é uma identidade da empresa.
  • Serve para atendimento novo, com automação desde o primeiro contato.
Bots do Telegram
Bots do Telegram: item próprio no menu, separado das contas.
Bot é melhor para empresaEle não depende do celular de ninguém, tem nome da empresa e pode ser desligado sem afetar a conta pessoal de quem criou. A conta pessoal serve para migrar um histórico que já existe.

It does not depend on anyone's phone, carries the company's name and can be switched off without touching the personal account of whoever created it. The personal account is for migrating a history that already exists.
